The announcement of the 6th Participatory
Action-Oriented Training International Seminar in
the Mekong Delta ((Mekong Delta 2006)

We are very pleased to announce the organization
of the 6th Participatory Action-Oriented Training
International Seminar in the Mekong Delta area.

In close collaboration with experts on occupational
safety and health in Asian countries, this
international seminar has continued for 6 years.
More than 100 people participated in this seminar.
It is encouraging that these participants jointly
form a wide grassroots network. Stimulated by the
international seminar, local people in the Mekong
Delta are conducting thousands of improvements
year by year. The Mekong Delta International
Seminar management committee will organize the
annual Participatory Action-Oriented Training
International Seminar in Can Tho City, Viet Nam,
from 3 August to 11 August 2006.
This year is the 10th anniversary of the birth of
the WIND program that is internationally famous
practical participatory improvement activity for
farmers born in the Mekong Delta. We would like to
celebrate the 10th anniversary of WIND together
during the Seminar period in Can Tho City from 31 July -1st August 2006. We are
looking forward to your participation
