26-28 Aug, ILO(International Labour Organization) and CMTU(Confederation of Mongolia Trade Unions) held the initial WISCON(Work Improvements in Small Construction Sites) training course in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. 28 construction workers participated the training course.

The 4th participatory action oriented training course in Mekong Delta, Vietnam(Mekong Delta2004)was closed with emotional enthusiasm and tears of all participants. The delegation of Japan, Korea, Thailand and Vietnam participated from 21 to 29 August.

20-21 Jul, 2004 the 2nd POSITVE Trainers Conference was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. This conference aimed at confirming achievements of POSITIVE focusing on improvements at actual workplaces and creating an action plan. 50 POSITIVE core trainers gathered the conference.
